Hier hun antwoord… Un de nos membres a contacté la firme où il a acheté son DVD. Voici leur réponse… One of our members contacted the company where he bought his DVD. Here is their response… Einen unserer Mitgliedern hat an die Firma geschrieben wo er seine DVD gekauft hat. Hier die Antwort... ------------------------------------------------ NTSC: dabei handelt es sich nicht um einen Fehler - es gibt die DVD nur in NTSC, wie wir inzwischen erfahren haben. Für uns als Händler ist das sehr ärgerlich, weil Universal diese Information nicht die Produktdatenbank eingibt. Das heisst - erstmal haben wir diese Information gar nicht und können Sie darum leider auch nicht an die Kunden weitergeben, obwohl das wichtig wäre. Wir sind ja auch im Klassik-Bereich sehr aktiv und mussten da an Hand von Mustern (auch da keine Info über die Datenbank), dass inzwischen alle klassischen DVDs - Opern etc. - von Universal nur noch in NTSC erscheinen. Nun spielen eigentlich alle neueren Fernseher und DVD-Spieler NTSC ohne Probleme ab, aber es hat nun mal nicht jeder nagelneue Geräte zuhause, so dass sich auch bei den Klassik-Fans die Beschwerden ansammeln. ABBA-Bonustrack: Das scheint ja - auch wenn ich mir das Forum ansehe - ein Produktionsfehler vorzuliegen. Sie können nun selber entscheiden, ob Sie die DVD trotzdem behalten oder Sie zurücksenden (bitte einen Zettel mit Hinweis auf den Fehler beiliegen, damit die Kolleginnen den Retouren-Grund richtig angeben können). Ich werde versuchen den zuständigen Produktmanager bei Universal zu erreichen und eine Auskunft zu bekommen, ob es eine Neuauflage ohne den Fehler geben wird oder was die Alternativen sind. Sollte ich etwas herausfinden, werde ich mich nochmals bei Ihnen melden und die Information auch in das Forum schreiben, damit auch den anderen Fans mit etwas Information geholfen ist. ------------------------------------------------ NSTC: hierbij betreft het geen fout, die dvd is er enkel in NTSC, zoals wij intussen al gemerkt hebben. Voor ons als handelaar is dat zeer vervelend, omdat Universal die informatie niet in de producten-databank zet. Dat betekent dat wij die informatie helemaal niet hebben en ze daarom jammer genoeg niet aan de klanten kunnen doorgeven, hoewel dat belangrijk is. Wij zijn ook in de klassieke muziekbranche heel actief en wisten daar aan de hand van stalen (die ook geen info hierover bevatten), dat intussen alle klassieke dvd’s (opera’s, etc) bij Universal enkel nog in NTSC verschijnen. Tegenwoordig spelen eigenlijk alle nieuwere TV’s en dvd-spelers NTSC zonder problemen af, maar niet iedereen heeft nu eenmaal een nieuw toestel thuis, zodat ook bij de klassieke muziekfans de klachten toenemen. ABBA-Bonustrack: daar is blijkbaar – ook als ik het forum bekijk – een productiefout. U kunt echter zelf beslissen of u de dvd toch wil houden of ze terugsturen (graag een blad met verwijzing naar die fout bijvoegen, zodat de collega’s de reden van terugzending duidelijk kunnen aangeven). Ik zal proberen de verantwoordelijke productmanager bij Universal te bereiken en inlichtingen trachten te krijgen of er een nieuwe oplage zonder fouten komt of wat de alternatieven zijn. Als ik iets te weten kom, zal ik mij nogmaals bij u melden en die informatie ook in het forum schrijven, zodat ook de andere fans met wat informatie geholpen zijn. ------------------------------------------------ NSTC: ceci n’est pas une faute, ce dvd y est seulement en NTSC, comme nous avons déjà constaté. Pour nous, les marchands, est-ce très ennuyeux car Universal ne met pas ces infos dans l’ensemble des données des produits. Ca veut dire que nous n’avons pas du tout ces informations et à cause de ça, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas les transmettre aux clients, bien que ce soit important. Nous sommes aussi très actif dans la branche de la musique classique et savions à l’aide des échantillons (qui ne contiennent pas d’infos à ce sujet non plus) que entretemps touts les dvd’s classiques (p.e. des opéras, etc) chez Universal n’apparaissent qu’en NTSC. A ce jour, touts les TV’s et lecteurs dvd récents, n’ont pas de problèmes à jouer le NTSC, mais pas tout le monde a un appareil nouveau à la maison et à cause de ça, les plaintes chez les adorants de la musique classique augmentent. ABBA-Bonustrack: là, il y a – comme je vois aussi au forum – une faute de production. Vous pouvez toutefois décidé vous-même si vous voulez tenir le dvd ou le renvoyer (veuillez ajouter une feuille explicant la faute de sorte que mes collègues puissent bien expliquer la raison du retour). J’essaierai de contacter le responsable de ce produit chez Universal et d’obtenir des informations s’il y aura une nouvelle édition sans fautes ou que seront les alternatives. Si je sais quelque chose, je vous informe et j’écrirai aussi ces infos au forum, de sorte que les autres fans soient aussi au courant. ---------------------------------------------- NTSC: this is not a fault, this DVD is only in NTSC, as we already experienced. For us as traders it is very annoying, because Universal doesn’t put that information in the product-database. That means that we don’t have that information and can unfortunately not give it to our clients, although it’s very important. We are very active the branch of the classical music as well and knew there due to samples (which didn’t contain that info either) that, in the meantime all classical DVD’s (like operas, etc) by Universal only appear in NTSC. Now, all recent TV’s and DVD-players, don’t have any problem to play this system, but not everyone has a new apparatus at home and therefor, the complaints by the fans of classical music increase. ABBA Bonus track: there is – like I also saw in the forum – a production-fault. You can although decide for yourself if you want to keep the DVD or send it back (pleas add a paper referring to the fault so that my colleagues can clearly explain the reason of the return). I’ll try to reach the responsible person by Universal and get some information whether there will be a new release without faults or what can be the alternatives. If I find out something, I’ll let you know and put that information in the forum to let the other fans know it as well. |
